Brand Feature – in partnership with The Artisan Founder
I create ceramic art in my studio in my home near Rye, Sussex.
My Mediterranean-inspired collection features hand-crafted ceramic vegetables, including peppers, chillies, tomatoes, artichokes and borlotti beans, framed as unique food art. Each piece is designed and glazed to capture intricate details and colours.
My second collection is coastal-themed, with delicate handmade porcelain shells inspired by the seashore near my home. The colours of the sea which can change by the day and even the hour are reflected in the colours which I select to glaze the individual porcelain shells.
In a small studio in her Sussex cottage Deborah creates unique ceramic food art inspired by French country markets and delicate porcelain coastal designs stemming from her love of the nearby seashore which is her ‘happy place’ walking with her dog, Toby.
