An Artisan Treat from Italy

Easter is almost here, and my love of dunking biscuits has reached a new level of sophistication.

I am dipping Cantucci in Vin Santo, a sweet Italian wine, the sweet almond biscuit softening just enough to release its toasted aroma. Arianna Anselmi of Aria’s Cakes in London kindly sent me this combination to try, and it is impossible not to appreciate the care and ritual embedded in each bite.
