The Artisan Founder Giveaway Terms & Conditions (updated 13th November 2025)

Introduction The Artisan Founder (“Host”) is hosting a sweepstake-style giveaway (“Giveaway”) in collaboration with selected partner brands (“Partner”), who will provide the prize. By entering this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility This Giveaway is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over, who are not employees of The Artisan Founder or any of the participating Partners, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the Giveaway. Proof of age and identity may be required.

How to Enter

To enter, you must complete the entry form on the Giveaway page, providing the required details, including your name and email address. All entries must be received by the closing date specified on the Giveaway page. 

Prize

The prize for this Giveaway will be provided by a selected Partner. Details of the specific prize for each Giveaway will be listed on the relevant Giveaway page. The prize is subject to availability, and the Partner may, at their discretion, substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 14 days of receipt, The Artisan Founder reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Delivery

Once the winner has been confirmed, The Artisan Founder will pass the winner’s contact details to the Partner, who will deliver the prize directly to the winner. By entering the Giveaway, you consent to this data sharing.

Data Protection

By entering, you consent to The Artisan Founder processing your personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.

Winner’s Data

The winner’s name, contact details, and address will be passed on to the relevant Partner for the purpose of prize delivery.

The winner’s first name and county will displayed on the giveaway page once the prize is claimed.

Marketing Opt-In

By entering the Giveaway, you may be asked if you wish to receive marketing communications from The Artisan Founder. You can choose whether or not to opt in at the time of entering. If you opt in, your data may be used for marketing purposes by The Artisan Founder.

No Cash Alternative

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The Artisan Founder reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

Liability

The Artisan Founder and the Partner are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury sustained by any entrant or winner in connection with this Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize.

General Conditions

The Artisan Founder reserves the right to cancel or amend this Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.

Governing Law This Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
