Selected hard harvested fruit from our solaris vines make this Late harvest Solar – our second after the 2021 vintage which sold out in no time.
The grapes were left to ripen as much as possible then fermented in stainless steel.
Sweet honey and ripe stone fruits merge well with crisp acidity. 112g/l of residual sugar – simply delicious.
