Listening to Your Skin Through Winter
As our thoughts begin to drift towards spring and the first signs of life appear outdoors, the reality here is still very much deep midwinter.
This year I am trying to resist rushing ahead. Instead, I considering what is actually needed now, in this moment, rather than living for a future season.
