Each bean is carefully hand-selected, split, and cut. The beans then mature in glass jars for 12 months using our proprietary extracting methods.
The aging process magnifies and releases the full flavour of the vanilla beans into the extract. This meticulous process is the key to capturing the 300+ flavour compounds of the vanilla bean, delivering unparalleled quality and taste.
